Biography of Steve Shannon

Steve Shannon is Virginia’s democratic candidate for Attorney General. In 1993, Shannon received his undergraduate degree in 1993 from Fairfield University, a master’s in public policy from Georgetown University in 1996 and a law degree from the University of Virginia in 1999.

A former, Fairfax County prosecutor, Shannon is special counsel to Odin, Feldman and Pittleman law firm and the representative of Virginia’s 35th District in the House of Delegates, a position he has held since his election in 2003.

Shannon and his wife Abigail have two children.
